1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Holiday Hollow website at www.magicdoorwaypresents.com (the "Site"), your purchase of tickets, and your attendance at any Holiday Hollow event operated by Magical Doorway Presents, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our Site, purchasing tickets, or attending a Holiday Hollow event, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site or attend our events.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site or attendance at our events after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.

2. Description of Services

Holiday Hollow is an indoor, immersive, guided holiday walk-through experience operated in Las Vegas, Nevada. The experience includes, but is not limited to:

• A guided walk-through adventure through themed holiday rooms hosted by elf characters

• Photos with Santa

• Cookies with Mrs. Claus

• Seasonal entertainment, activities, and holiday décor

Events are seasonal and may vary by season (Holiday/Christmas, Easter, Summer, Halloween). The specific attractions, characters, and activities available are subject to change without notice.

3. Tickets & Reservations

a. Timed Entry: All admissions are timed-entry. Your ticket is valid only for the specific date and time slot selected at the time of purchase. Entry will not be permitted outside your reserved time window without prior authorization.

b. Capacity Limits: Holiday Hollow operates with limited group sizes to ensure a quality experience. Entry is on a first-come, first-served basis within your time slot. We recommend arriving at least 45 minutes before your scheduled entry time.

c. Ticket Types:

• Founder's Golden Ticket: An exclusive presale pass for our inaugural season, granting first choice of dates and times and the best available ticket price. Founder's Golden Tickets are General Admission tickets with presale priority access.

• General Admission: Standard admission to the Holiday Hollow experience.

• Premium/Weekend Pricing: Tickets for certain dates or times may be priced at a premium. Pricing is displayed at time of purchase.

d. Age & Group Requirements: Holiday Hollow is a family experience open to guests of all ages. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a paying adult at all times. All persons over the age of 6 months entering the venue must have a valid ticket.

e. Ticket Transferability: Tickets are non-transferable except as explicitly permitted by us in writing. Resale of tickets at a price above face value ("scalping") is strictly prohibited.

4. Payment

All ticket purchases are final at the time of transaction. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as presented at checkout. By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for the total amount shown, including any applicable taxes and fees.

5. Refund, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

a. No Refunds: All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds for unused tickets, no-shows, or partial use of the experience.

b. Rescheduling: You may reschedule your visit to a different available date and time up to 48 hours before your original reservation, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests must be submitted via phone 725-325-5456. Rescheduling is offered as a courtesy and is not guaranteed and is subject to fees.

c. Event Cancellation by Us: In the event that Holiday Hollow must cancel an event date due to circumstances beyond our control (including but not limited to natural disaster, government order, venue issues, or force majeure), we will issue a full credit or reschedule your tickets. We are not liable for any incidental costs you may have incurred (e.g., travel, lodging).

d. Inclement Weather: Holiday Hollow is an indoor experience. We do not cancel events due to weather unless access to the venue is made impossible by governmental closure or emergency order.

6. SMS & Text Message Terms

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in through our website, ticketing forms, chat widget, or other opt-in channels, you expressly consent to receive automated text messages (SMS/MMS) from Magical Doorway Presents, LLC at the number provided.

Program Description: Holiday Hollow texts include booking confirmations, timed-entry reminders, event updates, promotional offers, and customer service communications.

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 6-8 messages per month.

Message & Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan.

Opt-Out: Reply STOP at any time to cancel. You will receive a final confirmation message and no further SMS messages, except as required by law.

Eligibility: SMS messaging is available to U.S. mobile phone users only. You must be the account holder or have the account holder's authorization to opt in.

No Third-Party Sharing: We will not sell, share, or disclose your phone number or SMS opt-in data to third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Supported Carriers: Most major U.S. carriers are supported. Delivery is not guaranteed on all carriers.

7. Guest Conduct & Code of Behavior

To ensure a magical and safe experience for all guests, the following conduct standards apply:

• Guests must follow all directions from Holiday Hollow staff, elves, and characters at all times

• Disruptive, aggressive, threatening, or abusive behavior toward staff, characters, or other guests will result in immediate removal without refund

• Intoxicated guests will not be permitted entry and will be asked to leave without refund

• Guests must remain on designated pathways and respect all props, sets, and décor — touching or damaging set pieces is prohibited

• Smoking, vaping, and the consumption of outside food or alcohol are prohibited on the premises (unless specifically offered as part of the experience)

• Costumes are welcome and encouraged in the spirit of the season; however, costumes that include realistic weapons, offensive imagery, or that could frighten young children are not permitted

We reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any guest for any reason that, in our sole discretion, poses a risk to the safety, enjoyment, or integrity of the experience.

8. Photography & Media

a. Personal Photography: Guests are welcome to take photos and videos for personal, non-commercial use during the walk-through experience.

b. Professional Photography Services: Professional photography with Santa and other characters is available during the experience. Details and pricing are provided on-site.

c. Commercial Use: Use of any photos or video taken at Holiday Hollow for commercial purposes (advertising, resale, influencer promotions for compensation, etc.) requires prior written consent from Magical Doorway Presents, LLC.

d. Our Use of Your Images: By attending Holiday Hollow, you acknowledge that we may photograph or video record the event, and you grant us permission to use any images or footage in which you appear (without identifying you by name) for marketing, promotional, and social media purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please notify a staff member upon arrival.

9. Health, Safety & Accessibility

a. Physical Requirements: Portions of the walk-through experience involve walking through themed rooms and standing. Please contact us in advance if you have mobility concerns or require special accommodations.

b. Sensory Considerations: The experience includes sound effects, lighting effects (including flashing or dim lighting), music, and theatrical elements. Please contact us in advance if you or a member of your party has sensory sensitivities.

c. Assumption of Risk: Guests voluntarily assume the inherent risks associated with attending a live, walk-through entertainment event. We maintain the premises in reasonably safe condition and comply with all applicable safety regulations.

d. Emergency Procedures: In the event of an emergency, please follow the directions of staff. Emergency exits are marked throughout the venue.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site and within the Holiday Hollow experience — including but not limited to the "Holiday Hollow" and "Magical Doorway Presents" names, logos, artwork, character designs, music, copy, and website design — is the exclusive property of Magical Doorway Presents, LLC and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose of our Site or services.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Magical Doorway Presents, LLC, its owners, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our Site, purchase of tickets, or attendance at any event — even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the ticket(s) giving rise to the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Magical Doorway Presents, LLC and its owners, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms, your conduct at our events, or your misuse of our Site.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining Terms will remain in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Magical Doorway Presents, LLC with respect to your use of our Site and attendance at our events, and supersede all prior communications and proposals.
